Garden JET Pumps
shaft coupling is Garden JET Pumps used to connect two shafts (active shaft and driven shaft) in different mechanisms so that they can rotate together to transmit torque. In high-speed and heavy-load power transmission, some couplings also have the function of buffering, damping and improving the dynamic performance of the shafting. The coupling is composed of two halves, which are respectively connected with the driving shaft and the driven shaft.
The general power machine is mostly connected with the working machine by means of a coupling. The coupling can be divided into four categories: rigid coupling, flexible coupling, elastic coupling and safety coupling. There can be several varieties in each category. For example: 1 Elastic couplings include plum couplings, star couplings and other products. 2 Rigid couplings include cross block couplings, serpentine couplings and other products. 3 flexible couplings include diaphragm couplings,
KL couplings and other products. 4 There are many types of full couplings. Such as shear pin type, steel sand type, friction type, magnetic powder type and other couplings. Because the safety coupling can automatically cut off the connection of the shaft when it is running, some safety couplings have the same function as the safety clutch. Rigid coupling can only be used to connect two strictly coaxial shafts.
The flexible coupling, due to the special design of the structure, has many functions. Such as: 1. Compensate the axial displacement, radial displacement and angular displacement of the two connected shafts caused by manufacturing and installation errors, and avoid excessive additional load (turtle strength) at the shaft end. 2. Alleviate the torsional impact on the shaft when the reducer is working. 3. Change the resonant speed of the shaft system, for example, when the shock absorption work is the same. The larger the torsion angle based on the torque (that is, the smaller the stiffness), the smaller the impact torque.
